You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please keep your order receipt or confirmation email handy when requesting a return.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and care reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on:

Undergarments & innerwear

Accessories (scarves, jewelry, etc.)

Customized or made-to-order outfits

Sale or clearance items

A full refund will only be issued if the item you received was defective or incorrect.
